award for collaborative project to develop arts-, research- and community-based responses to anti-Asian racism

I, Human: Becoming Visible - a project to develop arts-, research- and community-based responses to anti-Asian racism - has been recognised with a King’s Engaged Research Award in the Local Collaborations category.

The project was a undertaken with Moongate ProductionsESEA Hub, City, University of London and King’s College London. The pieces developed were shared at a sold-out event at the Omnibus Theatre.

The prize funds will be donated to the Southeast and East Asian Centre (SEEAC) and BEATS, a group to support British East and South East Asians in arts and culture.
